Individual and Group Health Plans

When you access the JLBG website there are two categories of health insurance for you to choose from:

Individual and family
Group small business

If you are a business, depending on the number of employees you have and the regulations in your state, you may qualify for either category. In some states, self-employed persons without additional employees may only be eligible to apply for individual/family coverage.
